By visiting, registering, or engaging in services on our website, you (“the user”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement is binding and enforceable under applicable laws in India. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.

1. Definitions

  • User/Client refers to any individual who registers or interacts with services on this website.
  • Plan refers to the digital data entry work packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) offered by the Company.
  • Work refers to tasks assigned to users, such as data entry forms or projects.
  • Agreement refers to the entire document, including all policies, guidelines, and updates.

2. Eligibility Criteria and Agreement to Terms

  • Only users who are 18 years or older are permitted to register or purchase a plan.
  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, legal, and verifiable.
  • You agree not to share login credentials, use multiple identities, or impersonate others.
  • Any false information or misuse of services will result in permanent blacklisting from the platform.

3. Package and Work Assignment

  • All users are first required to complete a Free Demo Task (up to 10 forms).
  • After successful demo verification, you can choose from the following:
    • Silver Plan
    • Gold Plan
    • Platinum Plan (Recommended for serious users with high payout potential)
  • After plan activation and payment confirmation, your work will be assigned within 72 working hours.
  • The user is responsible for submitting the assigned work within the stipulated deadline (usually 7 to 10 days).
  • Forms must be filled accurately, neatly, and professionally.
  • Failure to comply with form guidelines or missing deadlines may result in payment forfeiture.

4. Salary / Payout Terms

  • Salary/payment is calculated based on:
    • The number of forms assigned
    • The accuracy rate (minimum 85% for full payment)
    • The timely submission of the project
  • Payout timelines:
    • Salaries are released within 7+7 working days post-verification.
  • Mode of payment:
    • UPI / Bank Transfer / Paytm (as per company convenience and details provided by user).
  • Future Talent does not promise any fixed salary and reserves the right to hold payments for inaccurate or incomplete work.

5. Refund Claim Policy

Refund requests will be processed only under legitimate and defined circumstances.

✅ Refund Eligibility:

  • If no work is assigned within 72 business hours of payment.
  • If user completes demo task and company fails to activate the selected plan.
  • Refund request made within the plan-specific validity period:
    • Silver – 30 days
    • Gold – 45 days
    • Platinum – 60 days

🚫 Refund NOT applicable:

  • If user fails to submit the assigned work.
  • If submitted work is rejected due to errors.
  • If user requests refund after package validity expiry.
  • If user provides fake/invalid data during registration.
  • No refunds available for purchased plans, but demo work is completely free.

📝 How to Claim Refund:

  1. Send email to rajeshnaikjob@gmail.com with subject “Refund Request – [Your Name]”.
  2. Include your Registered Email, Transaction ID, Plan Name, Date of Purchase, Reason.
  3. Refunds (if approved) will be processed in 5–7 business days via the original payment mode.

6. Plan Cancellation and Termination

Future Talent reserves the full right to terminate a user’s account or cancel a package under the following conditions:

  • Submission of fake documents or identity
  • Submission of plagiarized or copied data
  • Inappropriate behavior or misuse of platform
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent transaction disputes

In case of termination, no refunds or partial payments will be provided.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • All project formats, training content, images, videos, and data formats are intellectual property of Future Talent.
  • Any attempt to duplicate, sell, or share our materials will lead to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act.

8. General Disclaimer

  • This platform provides freelance work-from-home opportunities and is not a job guarantee or employment provider.
  • We do not guarantee fixed income unless the work is properly completed and approved.
  • Earnings shown are for illustrative purposes and vary based on accuracy and submission.
  • We do not accept responsibility for delays due to user’s technical issues, internet outages, or third-party failures.

9. Legal Action Clause

  • Any user found attempting fraud, spreading false allegations, or initiating chargebacks after agreeing to terms will face:
    • Permanent blacklisting from all projects
    • Legal action under IPC Sections 420 (Cheating), 468 (Forgery), 469 (Harming reputation) and relevant cybercrime laws
    • Full recovery of losses, penalties, and compensation costs through civil and criminal legal proceedings

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Future Talent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • The user agrees that any losses due to internet failure, payment gateway issues, or miscommunication do not qualify for legal action or refund.
  • Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the user under the applicable package.

11. Modification of Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
  • Users are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates.
  • Continued use of the website and its services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • All legal disputes shall be subject to Jamnagar, Gujarat jurisdiction.

FutureTalent.site operates a project-based form-filling service. Users complete demo and paid assignments, and earnings correspond to performance. This is not a salaried job — earnings vary.
